Handcrafted of 18k yellow gold and satin-finished, this "Open your Heart" pendant is infused with Love and Protection. The Heart slides open to reveal a Love note inside. The pendant is set with an evil eye symbol of pavé champagne diamonds, tsavorites and a blue sapphire "pupil" center oxidized on the stones.
