SHIPPING
Gin and The Banker will ship any item over $250 purchased online for free two-day continental delivery. Three-day, two-day and overnight UPS delivery is available for a fee for all other purchases.
Online orders will be processed during business hours only. Any order processed after 5pm, will be shipped the following business day.
Delivery of all shipments will require a signature for the customer’s protection.
We are unable to deliver to P.O. boxes.
Cost and delivery times vary for any shipments outside the continental U.S. All taxes and duties are the responsibility of the recipient and we are not able to estimate these costs.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Gin and the Banker will accept a return or exchange of any item over $100 received within 7 days of delivery of the original order, provided the item is unworn, in the same condition it arrived, with its original packaging, and receipt included.
Credit will not include original shipping charges. The customer is responsible for return shipping and insurance. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages.
All custom orders, special orders or promotion purchases are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
